CommKids
Charlottesville Community Church is passionate about creating fun, safe, and impactful experiences for your child. CommKids is designed to help your child experience the love of Jesus Christ while having a blast in the process! We work hard to teach Biblical values through engaging lessons and music. Our goal is that CommKids will be one of the highlights of your child’s week, every week.
CommKids meets in the foyer and library at Cale, with sectioned off areas for babies and pre-walkers. Kids ages 0-5th grade can be registered at the CommKids welcome table in the hallway leading to the foyer. Just look for the CommKids sign! The schedule for CommKids includes:
- Worship
- A Bible story
- Crafts and activities that further teach the Bible story
- Playground Time
- Snacks
- Learning memory verses
CK3
Kids in 1st-5th grade can join us for CK3 Bible study after joining their parents for worship in the gym. Before the sermon starts, kids meet the CK3 teacher at the back of the gym and will be picked up from the CommKids area after the service. Register your child for CK3 at the CommKids table prior to the service.

Join us for Sports Camp: July 15-18 from 6-8:15 pm!
Sports Camp is for kids who have completed Kindergarten-5th grade who want high-energy summer fun and expert training in sports such as basketball, soccer, football, and cheer/dance. Sports Camp is held at Cale Elementary School (1757 Avon Ext.) and is $20 per child. Find out more information and/or register here.
