Joseph has been on staff at CCC since 2010 and an elder since 2025.  Hailing from the back woods of East Texas, Joseph loves Dallas sports, birdwatching, and working to put grace into words.  In 2015, Joseph released his first album, God of the Sea and the Sea Monster.  Joseph met his wife Allison in Charlottesville, and they were married in 2016. The two share a deep love for the humanities and love spending time outside with their two young boys, Theodore (4) and August (1). Joseph is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BA) and Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv).
