Tegan Wild
Tegan grew up in a Christian home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Taylor University, where he led men's bible studies, was involved in international missions, and served as a Resident Assistant. After graduating, he began a career in Executive Recruiting and moved to Charlottesville, Virginia. He married Kailyn, whom he had met years earlier in middle school youth group. The Lord has blessed them with five wonderful children.
The Wilds joined CCC in 2016 and became members soon after. Tegan has a specific passion for children and family ministries which stems from his own story coming to faith through the children’s ministry, Awana. He desires to help both his own children and others—inside and outside the church—come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior too. Over the past decade, he has served as a CommKids Teacher, been part of the Local Missions Leadership Team, led a Community Group, overseen CCC fundraising efforts, and, in 2025, stepped into the role of elder.
